التصنيف:

The A1322 ceramic heating element is a core replacement component used in many soldering irons, especially in temperature-controlled iron stations. It’s built around a ceramic rod that houses a spiral of heating wire, which allows it to generate heat quickly and evenly. This structure ensures that the soldering tip warms up fast, making the iron ready for work in just a few seconds.

The unit integrates a four-core wire configuration, where the heating wire is nickel-plated and heat-treated for enhanced durability and long life. Because of this, it can sustain repeated thermal cycles without deteriorating quickly. Despite being compact, the element can reach high temperatures (typically up to around 480 °C), while maintaining thermal stability that helps avoid sudden spikes or drops in heat during soldering.

When installed in a compatible soldering iron (for instance, Hakko-style 900-series or 907/908/913 style irons), the A1322 element reliably transfers heat to the tip. This makes it well suited for precision soldering tasks on circuit boards, components, or delicate assemblies. With its rugged ceramic build, it’s designed to resist mechanical stress and carry on functioning even in demanding repair or manufacturing environments.

Features:
  • Four-core wire design for balanced heating.
  • Nickel-coated, heat-treated heating wire for longevity.
  • High maximum temperature (up to ~480 °C).
  • Compatible with many 900-series and 907/908/913/914 soldering irons.
  • Rapid heat-up due to efficient ceramic core.
  • Thermocouple-equipped versions exist for temperature sensing
